*Slightly damaged means covers could have small scratches, dents, or fold marks. Otherwise they are perfectly good notebooks who deserve a chance. After all, it’s what is inside the cover that counts!
Shipping information
Delivery costs within Europe
- Order > € 50 = Free shipping
- Order < € 50 = € 4,95
Delivery cost for the rest of the world - We aren't yet shipping outside of the EU. BUT you can check on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms to see if they have MOYU notebooks in stock.
Delivery time within the Netherlands
- Ordered before 16:00 → We ship your order the same day. You will receive it within one working day.
- Ordered after 16:00 → We ship your package the next working day. You can expect it within two working days.
Delivery time outside the Netherlands
It depends → You can expect your order to arrive within five working days. However, sometimes it takes a bit longer. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Returns
We can only think of two reasons why you would send your MOYU back. One, you don't like the product, or two, the product arrived damaged. Either one rarely happens, but you might be one of the exceptions.
Damaged product returns - Let's say your product arrives damaged. Then it goes without saying you can send it right back, and we will send you a brand new notebook free of charge.
Not happy returns - Is your product not what you expected, or do you want a different color or design? Then you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date, and we'll swap it for free. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs. The price is the same as the shipping fee.
Important: We only accept returns if the product is unused and undamaged. If the product shows signs of use, wear, writing, or damage, the return will not be accepted.
Important exception: Custom notebooks - Please note that custom-made notebooks are created just for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in crafting your personalized notebook, and we hope it meets your expectations!

It's simple. You take one of our erasable stone paper notebooks and write on it with a MOYU pen. When you are ready to write something else, you erase the ink with a damp cloth and start writing on it all over again. Stone paper consists of 80% limestone dust, 20% HDPE plastic, and a special coating that is applied to make it print-ready. What's magical about stone paper production is that no trees, water, or chemicals are used, it requires 85% less energy, and it produces 65% less CO2 emissions.

In theory, you can erase the pages in MOYU stone paper notebooks an endless amount of times. However, at some point, you will start to see the page quality go down. The last time we tested, we managed to erase a page 500 times before we began to see any wear. When it comes to the cover, it will depend on how carefully and intensely you use the notebook. Stone paper notebooks rock the Life Cycle Assessments with a 6,3% compared to single-use paper notebooks! It means that if you calculate the CO2 emissions equivalent, MOYU is almost 20 times less polluting than using a regular tree-pulp paper notebook. More about stone paper.
Yes, that’s what we do. We love to design and produce personalized notebooks for businesses. You can send us your cover design for review. Then, depending on the type of cover, we could have it produced within 5-8 working days. But, if it’s an urgent order we could produce the notebooks within 3 working days for an extra fee.
