Refillable Erasable Pens

Write, erase, and rewrite as many times as you like. Pilot FriXion pens have a unique thermo-sensitive ink technology that allows you to erase the ink with a damp cloth, without leaving smudges or damaging your notebook.

MOYU stone paper notebooks are known to last for years. And, while these erasable pens are ready to tag along for the ride, they will need an occasional refill to keep on rocking. Simply unscrew the body of the pen to replace its refill. Refilling your pen reduces waste and saves you money.

How long the ink lasts will depend on how often you use your pen. According to Pilot, the FriXion pen’s refill can write approximately 1,000 meters before needing replacement. Depending on how frequently you write, this could last anywhere from a few months to nearly a year.

IMPORTANT

Don’t use the pen’s rubber eraser! Tempting, we know. But it may damage the print. Always use a damp cloth to erase.

TIPS

Revive faded ink in the freezer

Leaving your stone paper notebooks near heaters, in a hot car, or even putting pages through repeated photocopying can heat the paper enough to make FriXion ink invisible. If your page appears faded or blank, place it in the freezer for a short period. The thermo-sensitive ink reappears at around -10°C, so your work should return once the pages cool sufficiently.

Revive your overheated pen in the freezer

Just as the ink disappears when pages are exposed to heat, the ink inside FriXion pens can also become invisible. If your pen isn’t writing, consider whether it has been exposed to heat. If so, place your pen in the freezer until it cools. After returning to room temperature, it should write again like new.

• Ordered before 16:00 → We ship your order the same day. You will receive it within one working day.
• Ordered after 16:00 → We ship your package the next working day. You can expect it within two working days.

Delivery time outside the Netherlands

It depends → You can expect your order to arrive within five working days. However, sometimes it takes a bit longer. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We can only think of two reasons why you would send your MOYU back. One, you don't like the product, or two, the product arrived damaged. Either one rarely happens, but you might be one of the exceptions.

Damaged product returns - Let's say your product arrives damaged. Then it goes without saying you can send it right back, and we will send you a brand new notebook free of charge.

Not happy returns - Is your product not what you expected, or do you want a different color or design? Then you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date, and we'll swap it for free. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs. The price is the same as the shipping fee.

Important: We only accept returns if the product is unused and undamaged. If the product shows signs of use, wear, writing, or damage, the return will not be accepted.

Important exception: custom notebooks - Please note that custom-made notebooks are created just for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in crafting your personalized notebook, and we hope it meets your expectations!
