How MOYU notebooks work

In short? It’s as easy as this:

• Write with your MOYU pen
• Wipe with a damp cloth
• Repeat up to 500 times

But here’s the thing, there are a few important details that make all the difference. Let’s break it down so your notebook lasts longer, stays cleaner, and works the way it should.

Wait 10 seconds

The ink needs about 10 seconds to fully dry. Touch it too soon, and it’ll smudge. Close the notebook too fast, and your notes might disappear. Once dry, though, the ink stays perfectly in place: for days, months, or even years.

Don’t use the pen’s rubber eraser

Yes, it looks tempting. But no, it doesn’t work well. Using it may damage the printed layout. Always erase with a damp cloth.

Use plain water to erase

The included cloth only works properly when it’s damp. Dry wiping won’t erase anything. Plain tap water is all you need, no soap, no spray, no magic potion. And unlike many other reusable notebooks, MOYU pages erase without leaving ghost marks or smudges. Clean pages, every time.

If you’re often on the go, consider adding our refillable spray bottle. It clips onto your notebook and makes erasing super convenient wherever you are.

Let the page dry before writing again

Since the ink is water-soluble, it won’t bond to a wet page. Erase, let it dry, then write again: clean, smooth, and smudge-free.

Old notes? Still sharp. Still erasable.

Notes from three years ago? They’ll still be clear, easy to read, and just as easy to wipe clean as when you first wrote them. That’s the beauty of stone paper.

Want to save your notes?

If you’d like to keep your notes before erasing them, we recommend using a free scanning app like Adobe Scan or Microsoft OneNote. These apps let you quickly scan, store, and organize your pages digitally. We don’t have our own app (yet), but this works just as well for now.

Delivery time within the Netherlands

• Ordered before 16:00 → We ship your order the same day. You will receive it within one working day.
• Ordered after 16:00 → We ship your package the next working day. You can expect it within two working days.

Delivery time outside the Netherlands

It depends → You can expect your order to arrive within five working days. However, sometimes it takes a bit longer. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We can only think of two reasons why you would send your MOYU back. One, you don't like the product, or two, the product arrived damaged. Either one rarely happens, but you might be one of the exceptions.

Damaged product returns - Let's say your product arrives damaged. Then it goes without saying you can send it right back, and we will send you a brand new notebook free of charge.

Not happy returns - Is your product not what you expected, or do you want a different color or design? Then you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date, and we'll swap it for free. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs. The price is the same as the shipping fee.

Important: We only accept returns if the product is unused and undamaged. If the product shows signs of use, wear, writing, or damage, the return will not be accepted.

Important exception: custom notebooks - Please note that custom-made notebooks are created just for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in crafting your personalized notebook, and we hope it meets your expectations!
