Your mission is simple: scout for purpose-driven companies and convince them to swap single-use paper for stone paper.
Since a large part of our revenue is coming from businesses, it's a great opportunity to build your own international strategy and team, along with the rest of the management. Our team is currently thin and you can be creative on how you want to build and develop a lean but mean strategy, becoming the main player in Europe for reusables from stone paper. Scouting new markets, new products, finding the right business model and roll this out efficiently will be your main goal.
Nearly 3000 companies have already made the switch. But there’s still a world to win. Most companies have never heard of stone paper, let alone considered how much paper waste they produce.
That’s where you come in.
As our Sales Business Developer, you help more companies discover MOYU. You introduce them to our story, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. You grow our impact by building strong relationships, closing great deals, and turning curiosity into commitment.
You’re the first point of contact for companies and resellers interested in MOYU. Most of your time goes into handling inbound requests, creating quotes, answering questions, and supporting orders. You help people understand our products, navigate options, and make the switch to stone paper.
You also reach out to purpose-driven companies to introduce them to MOYU and explore new opportunities. Whilst being in contact with customers we also need you to have a mindset on how to further scale this. So not only taking in the leads, but also build a flying wheel to do this more efficient and at a bigger scale, whilst keeping the bottom line in mind.
A few times a year, you’ll join us at events—from small local markets to large-scale expos—where you talk to companies and resellers face to face.
