You can however personalise the rewritable notebook pages at an additional fee to include any specific templates nurses and doctors frequently use during patient assessments. This option is only available for orders of 1.000+ notepads.

2. Add your design to the ‘Design’ layer of this document
3. Make sure to use only CMYK colors
4. Make sure to add bleed to your artwork
5. Convert all copy to outlines (Mac: Shift + Command + O, Windows: Shift + Control + O)
6. Save this file as a PDF with the [PDF/X-1a:2001] preset
7. Check the [Use document bleed settings] checkbox
8. E-mail your design to partners@moyu.rocks
