These are our terms and conditions. These, along with the references they contain, apply to every agreement that we, Moyu notebooks (with Chamber of Commerce number: 77031016 ), enter into with you. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 - Products

We sell Moyu notebooks and accessories.

Article 2 - Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You can pay with iDeal in our webshop.
The shipping costs are for your account.

Article 3 - Deliveries

We deliver your product at the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the package. PostNL handles the distribution. We do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will inform you of this in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirming the order. If this is unsuccessful, you can request us to (a) immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 4 - Return

You may always return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your account. During the period that you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product.

Article 5 - Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if that damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be the maximum amount of the ordered and paid product.

Article 6 - Privacy Policy

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). You can consult our Privacy Policy for more information.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks ) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage with the permission of the owner). Your use may not infringe this.

Article 8 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, we will hear that gladly. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and as fully described as possible) to We will process your complaint as quickly as possible, at the latest within five days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint within five days and let us know when we expect a substantive response. If we cannot resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute settlement.
